I really wanted this to work, but my frizz was back quickly after using it. It kind of makes me wonder if it’s doing much beyond a temporary smoothing effect. Disappointing, honestly.

well... I really wanted this to give my hair some extra volume, but it just didn’t do much for me. After about an hour, my hair was back to looking flat, and my roots felt kind of sticky too. Not really worth it in my opinion, so I wouldn’t buy it again.

I used the color how it said to do, and at first it actually looked nice. But then after only like a week, and a few washes, it was almost gone already. I was kind of just standing there like, okay, that was it? Not really worth it for me, honestly. Disappointed.

I returned my order and felt like I was waiting forever for the refund to come through. I know these things can take a bit, and I tried to be patient, but it dragged on way longer than I expected. I even kept checking my account like I was waiting for a pizza delivery tracker or something, which is ridiculous but true. Support was slow to respond too, and when they did, they didn’t really give me much useful info. Overall, just a frustrating experience.

They sent me the wrong items and when I tried to get help, nobody really did anything. Frustrating honestly.

I used it twice, my hair still looked dull. I kept hoping it would make it look shinier, but it just didn't. For the price, I don't think it's worth it if you're buying it for shine.

I tried using this twice i don’t have the patience for it. Both times it turned into a mess, didn’t spread smoothly, and left patchy spots everywhere. Maybe other people can make it work, but applying it was frustrating for me.

I decided to try IGK after hearing people talk about it, so I had high hopes going in. For the price, I expected it to feel a little more impressive than it did.

The bottle seemed smaller than I expected, and I ended up needing more product than I thought just to get decent results. My hair looked fine, but not really any better than some cheaper products I’ve picked up at Target.

I also expected a faster response when I had a question about it, which added to the overall disappointment. Maybe it works great for other people, but for me, the value just isn’t there and I probably wouldn’t buy it again.

I ordered this over a week ago and the tracking still hasn’t really moved. When I reached out to support, the response was basically just to wait longer, which made it feel like there wasn’t a real person on the other end. Frustrating since I needed it before my trip

I emailed customer service hoping to get some help, and they just never got back to me?! No response, no follow-up, nothing. It felt like my emails were completely ignored.

I was disappointed when I opened the package and found the bottle had leaked all over the inside of the box. It just made the whole thing feel careless, like it wasn’t packed with much attention. The packaging really could have been better...

I was expecting better. After using it, my hair felt dry and rough instead of soft, which was disappointing for the price. I also wish the instructions were a little clearer, because I kept wondering if I was using the right amount or leaving it in long enough. Either way, it didn’t work well for me, so I wouldn’t buy it again.

I tried ordering from igkhair.com and the checkout process was a mess. The site kept freezing, my cart wasn’t updating correctly, and then my discount code just disappeared out of nowhere. Maybe their site was overloaded or having some behind-the-scenes issue, but either way it took way too long just to buy shampoo. I ended up giving up and ordering somewhere else.

I tried this hoping it would help my damaged hair, but it didn’t do much for me. My hair still feels dry and keeps breaking, so I’m disappointed. I wanted to believe it would make a difference, but after using it, I’ve kind of lost trust in it.

I went in expecting a totally different color, but my hair ended up orange and not even close to what I asked for. The whole experience kind of made me feel like I was just a number in the system rather than someone they were actually listening to...

I really wanted to like this, but the smell was way too overpowering. It had this heavy perfume scent that stayed in my hair all day, and after a while it gave me a headache. Maybe it works for people who like stronger fragrances, but it just wasn’t for me. Did anyone else have the same issue with the scent being too much?

I tried this and my scalp got really itchy after using it. Idk what was in it, but it definitely didn’t work for me.

I tried IGK thinking it might be a step up, but the ingredient list kind of turned me off. Maybe it’s just me, but the fragrance felt like a lot, and my hair didn’t seem to agree with whatever else is in it. After a few uses, it started feeling coated and a little dry, which was disappointing. For the price, I was expecting something that felt a bit cleaner or higher quality. I don’t think I’d buy it again.
